Patrick Mueller

Patrick Mueller is an associate at Peck and Company. After his call to the bar in 2023, Patrick began his legal career in commercial litigation at a boutique firm in Vancouver before transitioning to criminal law. 

Patrick has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia and has intervened at the Supreme Court of Canada. Patrick represents clients in criminal and quasi-criminal matters, and has experience in drug files, immediate roadside prohibitions, civil forfeiture matters, and reverse onus bail applications. 

Patrick understands that facing criminal charges can be one of the most stressful times in someone’s life, the realities of litigation, and the decisions clients must make along the way. He provides thoughtful advice at each stage, helping clients understand their options and how best to move forward with their legal matter.
