Daniel MacLennan

Daniel MacLennan is an associate at Peck and Company.
Daniel joined Peck and Company as an articled student after receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia in 2024.
During his time at UBC, Daniel assisted clients with various legal matters through the Indigenous Community Legal Clinic, the British Columbia Civil Liberties Association, and the Law Students Legal Advice Program. He also competed in the Burns Moot, completed directed research in the Philosophy of Law, and helped develop a graduate-level seminar in Administrative Law as a research assistant.
Prior to attending UBC Law, Daniel obtained a Master of Arts degree in Political Theory and spent several years as a Law School Admissions Test instructor.
In his spare time Daniel loves to play chess, listen to audiobooks, and discover new music.
